Room 6 have started the term exploring the properties of shape. We looked at designing and making our own 3D shapes, attempting to name the different 2D shapes within them. We then separated them to explore the Net of the shape.
We researched the names of different shapes, then explored them creating the nets of 3D shapes. Room 6 really pushed their limits on the Chilli scale by designing complex 3D shapes. We presented our shapes to one another and identified the number of vertices, edges and faces.
